Booking Policy

We request you to provide accurate information about you at the time of booking. Booking can be done online, over the phone or walk-in.
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.

Deposit Policy

# No prepayment is needed.
# For a booking made within 24hrs of check-in day, upfront payment will be taken to secure the room booking.
# Credit/ debit card details will be required at the time of booking online or over the phone and /or at the time of check-in.
# At the time of check-in, we will request you to provide a valid photo ID and a valid credit/ debit card (Visa or Master only). We are within our rights to ask you to pay a security deposit of 150$ per room booked at the time of check-in. Refusal to pay bond will be considered as cancellation of booking from the guest end and money withheld will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

1) You may cancel free of charge until 2 days (48 hrs) before arrival date. You will be charged with one night room charges for each room booked if you cancel within 48 hrs of arrival date (2PM Check-in time).
2) One Week / 7 days Cancellation policy will be applicable for Christmas and New year holidays period ( 23rd December till 3rd Jan of any year), Easter hoildays (starting Good Friday till Easter Monday of any year) and any long weekend holidays (Friday till Monday). 100% booking amount will be charged a week in advance for the 7 days cancellation period and will be non-refundable in any circumstances.
3) For any cancellation of remaining period during the ongoing stay, the amount paid for the total period of stay will be non refundable in any circumstances.
4) Cancellation of booking with deal opted by guest will be priced as per current prices of rooms or lower deal rates available.

No Show Policy

Please note, In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children of any age are welcome.

Children aged 6 years and above are considered equivalent to adult occupancy.
