What is the earliest I can Check-in?Standard check-in time is 2pm. Earlier check in can be arranged with prior notice.
What are the Reception Hours?Reception is open from 8.30am to 10 am and 2pm to 7pm, 7 days a week.
Can I arrive late?Yes, arrangements can be made for a no fuss late check in so please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 7pm.
Are your rooms non-smoking?Yes, all rooms at the Blue Lake Motel are non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?No, but we are within easy walking distance to many great eating options or a couple of minutes away from the city centre where there are many dining options to choose from

What is your Cancellation Policy?Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
